hi , i have Now im using client which is called yajfax to send faxes , Now I have two Iax fax externtions , 420 & 400 420 I use it as source to send faxes using yajfax client 400 extenyion is used to recive faxes on dahdi 5 I have the dahdi 5 for reciving both calls and faxes and here is a printscreen of dahdi 5 config The problem is when sending fax , the fax is seem not detected and forwarded to sip extention not to iax fax extention =============================== I performed fax sending from user 420 using yajfax client software to the number xxx3909 which is the dahdi that accept both sip & fax . I use chanspy from my extention 102 to hear dahdi 5 and hear if the fax was detected or not , but I nonly hear ringing and then hangup. note that extention 115 is a sip of timecondition which was Guantanamo's last Western detainee returned to Canada

WINNIPEG, Manitoba (Reuters) - The youngest prisoner and last Westerner held in the Guantanamo military base, Omar Khadr, was sent to finish his sentence in his native Canada on Saturday, the Canadian government said.

Canadian Public Safety Minister Vic Toews said that Khadr, who was a 15-year-old fighting in Afghanistan when captured in 2002, had been flown from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to a military base in Trenton, Ontario and transferred to the province's Millhaven maximum-security prison.

Khadr's case has been controversial both in Canada and abroad given his age when he was captured, the nature of his detention and hearing, and the reluctance of Canadian officials to accept his return.

"I am satisfied the Correctional Service of Canada can administer Omar Khadr's sentence in a manner which recognizes the serious nature of the crimes that he has committed and ensure the safety of Canadians is protected during incarceration," Toews said in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

A U.S. war crimes tribunal in 2010 sentenced Khadr, now 26, to 40 years in prison, although he was expected to serve just a few more years under a deal that included his admission he was an al Qaeda conspirator who murdered a U.S. soldier.

Khadr pleaded guilty in 2010 to charges that included murdering American Army medic Christopher Speer with a grenade in a 2002 firefight, conspiring with al Qaeda to commit terrorist acts, making roadside bombs to target U.S. troops in Afghanistan, spying on American military convoys and providing material support for terrorism.

Khadr was the first person since World War Two to be prosecuted in a war crimes tribunal for acts committed as a juvenile. He was the youngest prisoner still at Guantanamo, but younger boys were previously held there.

Canadian-born Khadr was taken to Afghanistan by his father, a senior al Qaeda member who apprenticed the boy to a group of bomb makers who opened fire when U.S. troops came to their compound. Khadr was captured in the firefight, during which he was blinded in one eye and shot twice in the back.

In a written statement, Toews said Canada received Khadr's application for transfer from the United States on April 13, 2012. He said U.S. officials assured Canada it would receive a videotape copy of an interview with Khadr, but it, along with other videotapes of interviews and unedited reports, was not sent until this month.

Former Canadian ambassador Gar Pardy, however, said Canada's Conservative government - which cultivates an image of being tough on crime - dragged out the transfer.

"I think the government was mainly very mean-spirited in how it handled the case," Pardy said to CTV News.

Toews said he continues to be concerned that Khadr "idealizes" his father and denies Ahmed Khadr's association with al Qaeda.

The U.S. Department of Defense confirmed that it transferred Khadr to Canada.

In the 2008 presidential election campaign, President Barack Obama promised to close the Guantanamo prison during his term, but that pledge has gone unfulfilled amid security concerns among Americans and opposition from Congress, which enacted laws making it more difficult to transfer prisoners from Guantanamo.

The transfer represents progress, but the Guantanamo prison should close immediately, said Suzanne Nossel, Amnesty International USA's executive director.

Canadian authorities should also investigate Khadr's allegations of torture while in the prison, she said.

"Canada now has the chance to right some of these wrongs."

Khadr's sentence will expire on October 30, 2018.

Tax Division Back to Full Force as Detail Program Ends | Main Justice

The Tax Division?s temporary detail program, which was criticized by some members of Congress earlier this year, is set to end today as the division prepares to welcome back a full force of lawyers in Washington, D.C.

Fewer than 10 percent of the division?s more than 350 attorneys, both criminal prosecutors and civil litigators,?took 6-month details at various U.S. Attorney?s offices across the country, Justice Department spokesman Charles Miller said. They worked primarily?on tax cases, but also financial fraud and other finance-related enforcement matters.

The Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys proposed the detail program and Deputy Attorney General James Cole approved it in an effort to ease staffing issues at the U.S. Attorney?s offices during the department?s?hiring freeze.

But what had concerned lawmakers was the dispersal of about a third of the division?s approximately 95 criminal prosecutors to the U.S. Attorney offices at a time when the division had gained momentum in cracking down on overseas tax avoidance and other high-profile matters.

While most of the lawyers are returning to Justice Department headquarters, five detailees accepted full-time positions with U.S. Attorney?s offices. One has decided to become a law clerk and another is moving to private practice. Miller also said a ?very small number? of the lawyers will remain at their assignments for a short time to deal with ?unique circumstances,? including an upcoming trial.

Assistant Attorney General for the Tax Division Kathryn Keneally, who was confirmed by the Senate in March after the Tax Division lawyers had already applied for the detail program, said she looks forward to the lawyers? return on Monday.

?We are welcoming back a full force and we are happy to see that,? she said at a briefing with reporters yesterday about a new directive giving U.S. Attorney?s offices more tools to stop criminals from using stolen identities to steal tax refunds.

Keneally pronounced the detail program a success for both Main Justice and the U.S. Attorney offices, fostering closer coordination with some of the 94 federal prosecutor outposts across the country.

Some lawmakers had been skeptical. Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.) said in March he was concerned about diverting a ?significant portion? of the division?s criminal prosecutors outside the division.

Keneally said the division is ready to deal with the growing threats to taxpayers.??We are committed here to the role of central tax administration ? that tax enforcement is consistent on a national basis,? she said. ?And also to be able to respond as we see specific issues come up in different places and see priorities as those arise to bring resources to them effectively.?

The new directive authorizes U.S. Attorney offices to prosecute the tax refund fraud crimes, estimated to cost taxpayers billions of dollars each year. Enforcement had previously been centralized at the Tax Division in Washington. Keneally said the detail program had no bearing on the issuing of the directive.

Greek electricity workers call 48-hour strikes

ATHENS (Reuters) - Greece's electricity workers said on Friday they will start rolling 48-hour strikes as early as next week to protest austerity measures demanded by the country's international lenders.

Strikes at state-controlled utility PPC have in the past led to rotating power cuts across the country, as the grid operator reduces the load to prevent wider blackouts. PPC is the country's single power retailer and produces about 70 percent of all electricity generated in the country.

The strike will begin as early as October 1 if the government submits new austerity measures to parliament next week, said PPC's labor union GENOP-DEH, one of the most militant unions. If the vote takes place later in the month, the strikes will be postponed accordingly.

The walkout poses yet another challenge to the wage and pension cuts that Athens is negotiating with the European Union and the International Monetary Fund to obtain fresh bailout funds.

"These measures ... must not be allowed to go through. GENOP-DEH wants to reverse this policy," the union said.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) ? Andrew Engeldinger's parents were worried about their son's growing paranoia. In 2010, they sought help, enrolling in a 12-week class for families of the mentally ill.

For the last 21 months, the family said they reached out in hopes he would seek treatment. It was to no avail, as Engeldinger spurned their attempts at contact.

On Thursday night, they learned he was the gunman in Minnesota's deadliest workplace shooting. Police say Engeldinger fatally shot five people and injured three at Accent Signage Systems in Minneapolis before turning the gun on himself.

"It's not unusual when you're isolating yourself, which we know that he did, that eventually the only people you have left is your family and your co-workers, and often your paranoia translates to them," Sue Abderholden, a mental health organization executive who is serving as spokeswoman for Engeldinger's family, said Saturday.

Police say the 36-year-old Engeldinger shot and killed Reuven Rahamim, the founder of Accent Signage Systems; employees Ronald Edberg, Rami Cooks and Jacob Beneke; and Keith Basinski, a UPS driver who made a delivery at the wrong time. Two other employees remained hospitalized, one in critical condition and the other in serious condition.

The officers who responded to what Police Chief Tim Dolan called a "hellish scene" eventually found Engeldinger's body in the basement. Officers who searched his south Minneapolis home later Thursday found another gun and packaging for 10,000 rounds of ammunition.

Police and company representatives have not yet said why Engeldinger was fired from a job he had held since the late 1990s.

Jim Dow, a sales representative who frequently visited the business, said Saturday that he'd spoken to Accent employees and family members of victims. He said they told him that in recent months, Engeldinger had been running afoul of managers with confrontational behavior and unexplained absences from work.

"He was getting mouthy, belligerent," Dow said. Cooks, who's been described as Rahamim's right-hand man, "would take him aside and tell him that's not acceptable," Dow said. "He'd straighten up for a while and then this would crop up again."

Dolan said it was clear that Engeldinger targeted some victims while bypassing others. Many of those killed or injured were management.

Engeldinger wasn't always a problematic employee.

Barry Lawrence, an ex-employee, trained Engeldinger on a sign engraving machine and recalled that he was "sharp, intelligent." He said though Engeldinger mostly kept to himself, he'd occasionally join his co-workers for drinks after work.

But, upon hearing of the shooting, Lawrence said he had a gut reaction.

"To tell you the truth, my first thought was Andy," said Lawrence, who left Accent in 2003. "He was pleasant enough to work around, but he just seemed a little off all the time. You get a feeling about people, nothing you can put your finger on."

Abderholden, the executive director of Minnesota's chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, said she didn't know when Engeldinger's family first became worried that he had a mental illness. Two years ago, Chuck and Carolyn Engeldinger ? who raised Andy and his two siblings in the Minneapolis suburb of Richfield ? enrolled in NAMI's free, 12-week "Family to Family" course.

The classes, offered nationwide and taught by people who have had loved ones suffer from mental illness, include scientific and medical information about causes and symptoms, as well as concrete steps for trying to deal with the sufferer. They also have guidance for family members to cope.

"Sometimes it doesn't work, but you still are at least armed with the information to help you know what to do," Abderholden said.

Andrew Engeldinger never sought treatment to his family's knowledge, Abderholden said, and was never diagnosed with a specific illness. It wasn't long after his parents took the class that he cut off contact with the family, although Abderholden said she didn't know if pressure to seek help led to the estrangement.

The Engeldingers declined an interview request.

As he withdrew, Engeldinger's main point of contact with the outside world appeared to be his job. Several people in the Minneapolis neighborhood where he bought a home in 2004 said they never exchanged more than pleasantries.

Brian Jorgensen, who lived next door, said they only occasionally acknowledged each other when both were cutting the grass or shoveling sidewalks. He said Engeldinger wore sunglasses all the time.

Engeldinger was "just a quiet person who kept to himself but did not engage with us. And we didn't engage with him either because it just felt like he didn't want that kind of contact."

Outside of Accent Signage on Saturday, some residents of the Bryn Mawr neighborhood laid flowers at a memorial. Another swept up leaves in front.

A father-son duo of UPS employees, Dan and Nathaniel Miller, walked around the building and prayed. Basinski's death "hit me really hard," Dan Miller told the Star Tribune.

Abderholden said the likelihood of violence by a mentally ill person is very low, and that Engeldinger's family wouldn't have had reason to suspect he was capable of such violent acts. She called the family "extremely close" and said they are distraught.

"They just have deep sorrow about what happened, and if there was any way they could bring those lives back they would," Abderholden said. "They don't want to detract from the focus on those lives."

To help raise awareness of potential dangers in the workplace and improve safety, Aquafire Extinguishers recently conducted fire safety training for Oakwood Park tenants. As well as learning about the main causes of fire in the workplace, preventative strategies and best practice in the workplace, we were also shown the different types of extinguishers and how to operate them.

New Survey of Small Business Owners and Manufactures Paints Bleak

The?National Federation of Independent Businesses and the National Association of Manufacturers commissioned a poll of small business owners and manufacturers and the results paint a bleak picture of today?s economy. 55% of those surveyed believe that the economy is worse today than it was four years ago, and the same number said that they would not start a new business in this economic environment. This is surely news President Obama doesn?t want you to hear about.

NAM put out the following press release:

The poll, conducted by Public Opinion Strategies (POS), surveyed 800 small business owners, manufacturers and decision-makers at small and medium-sized companies, with a majority (55 percent) saying the national economy is in a worse position compared to three years ago. Among the chief factors survey respondents cited were federal regulations, taxes, government spending and the cost of health insurance and energy.

Key survey findings include the following:

• 67 percent say there is too much uncertainty in the market today to expand, grow or hire new workers.
• 69 percent of small business owners and manufacturers say President Obama?s Executive Branch and regulatory policies have hurt American small businesses and manufacturers.
• 55 percent say they would not start a business today given what they know now and in the current environment.
• 54 percent say other countries like China and India are more supportive of their small businesses and manufacturers than the United States.

?Manufacturers have told policymakers in Washington time and again that uncertainty and a negative business environment is turning the American Dream into a nightmare,? said NAM President and CEO Jay Timmons. ?The findings of this survey show that manufacturers and other small businesses have a starkly negative outlook for their future?with good reason. There is far too much uncertainty, too many burdensome regulations and too few policymakers willing to put aside their egos and fulfill their responsibilities to the American people. To fix this problem, we need immediate action on pro-growth tax and regulatory policies that put manufacturers in the United States in a position to compete and succeed in an ever-more competitive global economy.? That?s all the more reason to vote for Romney, because he?s made it clear that he will work with Congress to pass legislation making it less burdensome and costly to do business in the United States.

These days, the Internet is awash with the term ?content marketing? and its slight variants (like ?online content marketing,? about which I for one have been incessantly writing). To clarify terms, I present to the reader a brief but serviceable (one could almost say ?textbook?) definition of content marketing:

Content marketing is an overarching term encompassing all marketing formats that involve the creation and sharing of content in order to engage current and potential consumer bases. The idea behind content marketing is pretty straightforward: by delivering high-quality, relevant and valuable information to prospects and customers, businesses can kindle reader interest, attract targeted prospects, generate relevant leads, and foster brand loyalty.

Online content marketing consists of blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, webcasts, webinars, podcasts, videos and eMails. Brands use both online and traditional content marketing to achieve a variety of business goals. These may include: brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, customer acquisition and retention, engagement, thought leadership, sales, and lead nurturing, to name a few.

That?s great and all, but why should I care? Why do I need content marketing? At the end of the day, what is content marketing going to do for me and my business?

What?s the bottom line? Marketing kitsch, buzzwords and buzzphrases aside, your company really does need content marketing. No, really?

If you thought Joseph Gordon-Levitt was a versatile actor, his performance as host on "Saturday Night Live" this week likely increased your appreciation for his ... umm ... body of work.?

When he manned the show in 2009, he impressed viewers with his musical talents. This time, Gordon-Levitt showed off his moves and tipped his hat to friend Channing Tatum during his opening monologue by doing a "Magic Mike"-inspired dance with cast members Bobby Moynihan, Jay Pharoah and Taran Killam to the song "It's Raining Men." (Unfortunately, a full clip isn't available online, but you might have some luck on YouTube.)

The Twitter universe was immediately abuzz after Gordon-Levitt's sexy dance. Viewer?@ChristinaLavery's tweet?summed up a popular sentiment after the actor's "Magic" moves aired:?"Best thing I've ever seen! God I love him."

The "SNL" episode also featured two ?Tres Equis? parody beer commercials, showing Gordon-Levitt as the son of the ?Most Interesting Man in the World.? Whereas the ?Dos Equis? guy?s life is rife with glamour and intrigue, his sleazeballish son's much less interesting non-accomplishments include ?kind of being able to break dance,? ?being able to make a woman cringe just by walking into a room? and when tipping, he puts ?a negative amount ... and says it?s cash back.?

Gordon-Levitt's character describes Tres Equis as ?one Equis more than my dad?s beer, because he was never there for me. Two parts Dos Equis, one part none of your business. Keep banging, my friends.?

All seemed to go well in the second skit until the senior "Most Interesting Man in the World" interrupts the filming to voice his extreme displeasure over his 30-year-old son's lack of success and neverending mooching.

Another memorable moment came with "Weekend Update." It featured Kate McKinnon as Republican first-lady hopeful Ann Romney acknowledging that the campaign was getting to her and her husband, defending her recent comments lashing out at her husband's critics.?

"The campaign has meant many sacrifices to our schedule. It's fall and we're missing apple-picking season," which is like ?Mormon Mardi Gras. I once drank so much cider I woke up the next morning in my bed, wearing my pajamas!? Mrs. Romney explained to "Weekend Update" host Seth Meyers.
